Full service.

DIY PICNICS.

Up to 60 people$35 pp, 24 hrs rental,Minimum charge $500.

If you prefer to do it on your own, you can rent our complete picnic set up.

Helpful Information

We require at least 14 days notice of a picnic. However, with the exception of last minute cancellations we may have availability, please enquire.

CAN WE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION?

Absolutely, but keep in mind that may involve an additional travel fee to cover mileage and time.

Of course!

Large spills requiring dry cleaning will incur a cleaning fee and breakages will need replacing. These costs will be deducted from your security bond.

We will have the set up ready for the agreed start time. We ask that you send us a text when you are 10 minutes away so we can finalise the last minute touches. We will wait until you arrive before heading off unless we have specified otherwise.
We will come back at the agreed finish time and pack it all up for you.

We ask that you let us know if you are running late as we want your grazing spread to be freshly served before your arrival.
We are able to wait 20 minutes maximum with no fee.
A fee of $40 for 20-40 minutes late.
A fee of $80 for 40-60 minutes late

Yes! Depends on our availability. Extra hourly charges or overnight hire costs are required.

  • A fee of $150 for an extra  hour of your picnic. 

  • A fee of $15 per person for an extra night (DIY picnic only) 

At To Dine For, we do our best to create memorable outdoor experiences, but the weather is one element we can’t control.

1. Refunds
We do not offer refunds due to bad weather or wet ground conditions. Bookings reserve a specific date and time, which prevents us from accepting other clients.

2. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to have a weather contingency plan. This can be a private residence, indoor venue, or sheltered area suitable for setup. Please note, additional delivery charges may apply if the location changes or lies outside our standard service areas.

3. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your booking with a minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability. All requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed in writing by To Dine For.
Please note that, due to the use of fresh floral arrangements in most of our setups, late rescheduling may incur additional charges for floral replacement, depending on supplier timelines and availability.

4. Gift Voucher Option
If you are unable to reschedule and notify us at least 5 days in advance, we offer the option to receive a gift voucher equal to the full value of your booking. This credit is valid for 12 months and can be used for a future picnic.
Requests made with less than 5 days’ notice may not be eligible for 100% credit of the amount and could incur additional fees depending on floral or catering commitments. The fee would be deducted from the final voucher value.

5. Unsafe Weather Conditions
For the safety of our team and your guests, To Dine For will not proceed with any setup in open, unsheltered locations if rain, high winds, extreme heat, or otherwise unsafe conditions are forecasted or present.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Privacy Policy:

We keep all client information in our private database and don't share it with any third parties. This includes your name, contact details, address, bank details (for refunds), personal preferences, opinions, and feedback.

 

Booking Conditions:

We need at least 14 days' notice for a picnic and 3 days' notice for a platter. A  deposit confirms a booking, with full payment, including the $150 bond, due 5 days before the picnic.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, but due to the preparation and resources involved in creating our setups, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 21+ days’ notice – Eligible for a 100% refund

  • 11 to 20 days’ notice – Eligible for a 50% refund

  • 10 days or less – No refund will be issued

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal circumstances or weather concerns. Refunds are not available due to held dates and committed resources.

Please note that once a booking is confirmed, your date and time are exclusively reserved, which prevents us from accepting other clients. Therefore, by choosing to cancel, the customer waives any right to a refund.

 

Park Fees:

Park permit fees are not included in our pricing.

 

Parking Fees:

There may be additional charges for parking and setup time.
